Ladies & Non-Binary Group Session

These sessions are for people who identify as women or non-binary.

It is a safe haven for people who want to enjoy sessions that caters specifically to this group, led by a female instructor.

In a number of cultures it is important for women to be in a group that is made up of only women. These sessions are perfect for this.

These sessions can be run both indoors and outdoors. It can be applied to any of my skills/courses/workshops - if you know of a group of women who you think would be interested in a female only session then get in touch.
