In May/June 2022, I did the whole coast path in one go in a relaxed 14 days. I carried my tent, sleeping gear, stove, food and water and a few items of spare clothing in a 60l rucksack on my back, and that was it, and putting one foot in front of the other was all I had to think about for two weeks – bliss!

Not only do I have personal experience of this hike, but I also have friends who have their own positive experiences, and lessons that were learnt. This advice I can pass on to you.

I am offering logistical support. If you would like to walk/run sections of this coast path, then I may be able to provide a secondary vehicle for a one way pick up/drop off. I can also guide you, with the added benefit of local knowledge, if you would like the company.
